She cares a lot about what she does and it is evident with her shots from August 5th… she is incredibly patient with the wedding party and puts a great deal of effort into making her pictures amazing and your experience with her wonderful. Just used Sandy for a wedding in Wisconsin. She did a wonderful job. She was very friendly and patient when dealing with our loud bridal party. Writing this review is a real treat for us because it gives us the chance to tell everybody what an amazing photographer Sandy is. On the day of our wedding she showed up with such a glowing attitude and an excitement to capture our special day. Sandy was very responsive to all of our requests and desires. She even recommended a hair stylist for me after I had found out my previous one had backed out just WEEKS before our wedding. She was professional, courteous and very patient with us. Those are just examples of what a good person she is. The photos she took completely blew us away. They were everything we wanted and more. We were so pleased to have worked with her and will always recommend her.

Sandy was wonderful to work with and captured our family beautifully. We are going to have a difficult time choosing which photos to display in our home as we absolutely love every single one. She took pictures of our newborn and toddler and had tons of outfits and props available. Our newborn was fussy and our toddler was a bit stubborn that day but Sandy was super patient and managed to still get plenty of stunning shots of both of them. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Our family had our Christmas photos taken by Sandy this recent season. It had been many years since the last time we had done this as a family, and the photo shoot experience was just as phenomenal as the wonderful pictures! Sandy was great and made us feel like celebrities. She also knew what exactly to say to encourage and to motivate true smiles from our twelve year old twin boys. We had so many compliments on our photos.
We now have a large picture taken from our photo shoot hung in our living room. When I look at this picture on the wall, I not only look at it as a historic moment frozen in time, I also smile because this image represents a very special day for our family. Sandy personally made this a treasured experience for us.

Sandy is absolutely awesome! She was incredibly supportive and helpful during our wedding in 2020, even though we were in the middle of a Pandemic! She was creative and excited to make sure my husband and I captured our special day. Having to plan a gay wedding was difficult, as we were never sure if the vendors we were selecting were supportive of our family – Sandy was amazing! From bump to baby, we had such a great time working with Sandy as she captured our journey into parenthood. I was so nervous to do maternity photos because I felt so big and uncomfortable but the shoot was very relaxing and she took very flattering shots. After our daughter Zoey was born, she came to the hospital to take some photos. She was gentle with Zoey and got some great angles of us so you can’t tell just how exhausted we were. We went to her studio for the newborn session and there were so many adorable props and outfits, it was hard to choose from. Sandy was very patient with Zoey and was able to get her into different positions without waking her up. Zoey didn’t end up falling back asleep after I fed her at the end of the shoot but Sandy was still able to get some amazing shots and didn’t bat an eye when Zoey peed all over the backdrop. Sandy is so creative, talented and easy to work with. We absolutely love the photos and loved working with Sandy!
Sandy was amazing, working very well with my 1 month old who chose that day to not want to nap at all!! She was super patient, and tried a whole bunch of different things and props to get us the cutest photos ever. She was great at improvising and changing shots when my little was just not into cooperating. The outfits and props she had were adorable, and as a new mom, I had no anxiety at all with her handling my little one. She was kind, patient, and above all put me completely at ease. It was a great experience, and the shots we got were just amazing, and will be treasured by me and my family for years to come. Thank you for such a great time!!!
Sandy was incredibly welcoming, gracious, and professional from the start when I emailed her. Given our tight time constraints between my son’s birth and our family moving, she was able to schedule the perfectly timed photoshoot to best capture our family images and those of my newborn. One thing that stood out to me was her tenderness with my baby. As a new mom I felt nervous letting someone touch, hold, and move my baby around but she was so prepared and gentle. She really took the time necessary to get the best images possible and made my step-son, husband, newborn, and myself feel so very welcomed and comfortable in her studio. The results were absolutely breathtaking and I am so incredibly happy that we chose her to take these pictures. She was so communicative every step of the way so I knew exactly when I’d get them. My family raved over how beautiful they were. I highly recommend Sandy for any photography needs.
Sandy took our wedding pictures this June in Lake Geneva. She was very flexible and easy to work with. It was a terribly hot day and she was such a trooper. Our pictures turned out amazing! We had our dog along for some of the pictures and she was happy to have him tag along. I would highly recommend her!

Yes, we can all find a photographer anywhere and “someone” knows “someone”, but if you don’t have Sandy taking the photos, then you might as well use your iPhone! She will take photos that tell stories, stories that not only make you feel as if you were “there” but photos to make you wish you were “there,” “there” in that photo, in that life long memory.

2020 has been such an adventure for me and my now husband! Changing wedding dates, venues, and plans definitely caused us unanticipated stress. Sandy was so accommodating for us and made sure that our wedding photographer was one thing we did not have to stress about. Sandy did such an amazing job of capturing our magical moments on our big day and was such a trooper while we got married in the rain! She was so warm and inviting from the second we walked in the door!! Her patience and understanding (we had a newborn and a 2 year old who was missing nap time) made us feel so much more at ease, especially given the circumstances. She was so great explaining how and coaxing our two year old into posing and laughing/smiling and our photos in turn were exceptional. She took extra time and care when our newborn was getting fussy and needed to eat. Her job is not easy and she does it with grace. I can’t wait to get more family photos done with Sandy in the years to come!!

Sandy has a beautiful studio that allows for multiple types of photography. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great attention to detail. My family’s photoshoot went so smoothly because she was able to give us creative ideas on positioning and poses. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful! Sandy is definitely someone I will work with in the future and recommend to friends and family.
Sandy did family photos for my family of 5. She has a great selection of clothes to wear for the photos and helps the family match and fit the background. She was super professional and helpful with my 6 month old to get some amazing candid shots. She works so well with families and kids. Photos were gorgeous! We just stopped by her studio in Racine which is an amazing historical building that is beautiful! My children loved the studio and can’t wait to go back because the place was so unique! Sandy did a wonderful job with the baby who is now 15 month old for some amazing Easter shots! I highly recommend Sandy for any photos needed, especially if you have children.

Sandy has been our family photographer for nearly 20 years. Each photo is gorgeous! She has given us precious moments to display in our home for a lifetime! She’s done family portraits for us, infant portraits, glam photos, modeling photos, business photos and special needs photos. I brought her a group of biting, pinching, no attention having special needs kids including my own and she managed to capture our special kids in a beautiful light… now that takes talent, skill and patience! And I cannot tell you what it means to a special needs parents to have a beautiful photo of their child! Thanks Sandy! You know that I can not rave enough about you! I am not a fan of getting my picture taken – but its kinda standard to have photos taken when you get married! I happened upon Sandy’s web page when looking for a local photographer to take our wedding photos. Sandy responded to my initial email in a very timely manner. I think I was even rude enough to tell her I wasn’t a fan of getting my picture taken… but even with that knowledge she was a rockstar! Sandy arrived on time and was very professional and accommodating of our needs and requests. I nearly cried when I saw the end result… pictures I could actually look at without cringing! They all turned out awesome. We are so happy with Sandy Conway Photography and I am sure we will use her again for future picture needs!
Sandy did an amazing job with my daughters senior pictures. She not only did the photography but helped us determine what time of day and outfits to wear based on things she liked. To have an 18 year old who LOVES her pictures is no easy feat but Sandy delivered. We all love them!

I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed, fun and memorable session for my family of five. Our little ones are (almost) 3, 5 and 6 years old. Sandy was wonderful at keeping our children engaged and entertained throughout the entire visit. She had very creative ideas, while still welcoming our suggestions to help personalize my family’s photo session. Our portraits were beautifully posed with also a great selection of many candid memories. The patience, time and care that Sandy took to make our visit special has set a whole new service and artistic standard for my Husband and I, going forward. Sandy is one of the best photographers I have worked with! She is patient, creative, fun and makes the session feel so natural.
